My name is Anna and I love to cook.

My professional career started in 2009 ago when I graduated from the pastry arts program at L’Acedmie de Cuisine, but my passion has been life long,  ever since my Mom made, in my opinion, the best purchase of her life and came home from Williams Sonoma with a little red apron and the book: “My First Baking Book.”

While baking was my first love, I’ve always been fascinated by all aspects of the culinary world – it’s a perfect mixture of science, art, and a bit of magic. I didn’t seriously start expanding my kitchen horizons until I met my husband; his dad was a phenomenal home cook, so my husband can be a tough critic. A quote from Nero Wolfe often runs through my mind: “I have genius or nothing.” Let’s just say trying to impress my loving husband, 5 year old, and 2 year old can be a bit daunting, but I do have fun trying.
